We witnessed a huge impact the Gaia stewardship summer program has had on Siena, as she learned about the human responsibilities of caring for the soil, planting seeds, growing food, and making healing herbal medicine. We are so grateful to Michelle and her team for facilitating engagement with the natural world, teaching the kids gentle ways to build trust with animals and to hold space for beautiful friendships to blossom. Our daughter has expressed a more gentle approach towards animals with the principles of establishing connection firsthand. Michelle share a depth of earth-based wisdom, holistic healing therapies, and indigenous world views. I only wish this program were available for adults because I would love to participate!
